Dual Bonded handball – Stitched and glued handball for a softer touch

Dual bonding means that the ball’s 32 panels are both stitched together and then glued in the edges. The ball is made from an outer PU material, which is laminated with 2 mm of foam. An extra 3 mm layer of foam is then inserted between the surface and the inner bladder. The panels are then bonded with 3 mm of glue in the edges and stitched by hand or machine. The glue in the edges is activated in a heat mold to hide and seal the stitching, which means that the seams of the 32 panels can’t be felt. The overall combination of the materials and production method gives the feeling of an incredibly soft handball with improved grip and roundness.
