Instruction videos for tape binding

SELECT Profcare tape and bandages have been developed together with leading sports physiotherapists and are designed for athletes in all types of sports, from football and handball to basketball and badminton, and many more. SELECT Profcare tape can be used on all parts of the body and can be adapted to focus on everything from pain relief and stabilisation to injury prevention.

The tape instruction videos have been created together with leading physiotherapist from FC Nordsjælland, Jacob Peñalver.



Wrist tape

Stretch Tape and Supreme Sports Tape are used here to protect the wrist from over stretching and breaking. See how the tape is bound to stabilise the player's wrist.
